OVERCOMING INSECURITIES AND NERVOUSNESS.
Whether we want to reduce speaker nervousness or eliminate the insecurity that makes us doubt someone's love, probably all of us feel our life would improve if we could eliminate the little insecurities and nerves we almost constantly battle. If I'm describing you, you're at the right page.
Insecurities and Nervousness are emotions that serve us well most of the time. They can be described as little caution flags that come up as we encounter risky circumstances in life. If you ever felt insecure when a friend was knocking a beehive with a stick, you probably benefited from that insecurity. Maybe someone at a party made you feel nervous, so you left, later to hear that he had done something harmful or mean. Again, the feelings were helpful for you. In fact, a person who genuinely feels no insecurities is probably very dangerous to be around.
Carnival rides like roller coasters. In fact, play with these emotions for the enjoyment of the rider. These are normal levels of insecurities and nervousness. These feelings become a problem when they are there all the time or when their presence prevents us from enjoying the challenges and risks of life. Risks, like roller coasters, can be enjoyed. Insecurity and nervousness must be controlled when the emotions rob us of the joy. Limit your performance, or limit your willingness to participate at all.
Persistence : When feelings of insecurity and nervousness are there almost all the time regardless of the situation, it usually means you have a bad worry habit or a mild anxiety problem. Kick it off! Do something worthwhile. Something that you like. Something that you enjoy. You will find that your mood will be lifted.

Shared Journey, your path to fertility - OVULATION.
Usually, one egg is released from your ovary about two weeks before you expect your period. For most women with a 28 day cycle, ovulation occurs on or around the 14th day. Some women have shorter or longer cycles, ranging anywhere from 21 to 35 days.
Ovulation is regulated by special hormones that are released by different parts of your body. Your brain contains hormones that stimulate the growth and development of your eggs. Your ovaries contain female sex hormones like estrogen and progesterone, which help to release eggs during ovulation. It is the interplay between these hormones that triggers ovulation and menstruation.
Every woman is born with eggs which when fertilized, develop into a baby. At birth, women have about 1 million of these eggs stored in their ovaries. By the time you start menstruating, you probably have about 400,000 eggs available for fertilization.
Over time, the number of eggs that you have in your ovaries will decline, and you may not release an egg every month. Eventually, as you enter menopause, your body will only have a few hundred eggs left and you will probably not ovulate again due to a change in your hormone levels.
Unlike other animals, humans do not show any outward signs of ovulation. However, there are a few subtle symptoms that you can look out for:
1. increase in basal body temperature ( usually increases by 0.4 to 0.6 degrees)
2.breast tenderness
3.change in firmness of cervix.
LIFESTYLE CHANGES - Reduce your stress. Stress, fatigue, and emotional ups and downs can all affect ovulation. Try to manage your stress through relaxation or moderate exercise. Maintain proper nutrition. Don't skip meals, crash diet or fast as this can wreak havoc on your menstrual cycle. Watch your weight. If you are seriously overweight or underweight your body may not be ovulating regularly. Don't exercise too much. Overdoing it can throw your body off its natural schedule and mess with your hormones...

February 2nd. Reunion dinner, CNY Rabbit Year 2011, Selangor, Malaysia
This is the first year that I finally got my "very own" angpow from Daddy after 12 years of marriage. I am so Glad to be single all over again. I thank God for it! All of us had reunion dinner with me helping Mom prepare all the food. We had "Low Yee Sang" and it taste "TERRIFIC"! We had an extremely sumptuous meal all 4 of us! 2011 Year of the Rabbit ! I ate so much now I feel like "pass-motion". I have just cleaned the table after dinner, washed all the dishes and mop all the floors as well to usher in the New Year. When mid-night comes there'll be FIREWORKS in the sky and noises all through the night until morning.
Tomorrow morning , lots of food to eat! We took our reunion photo all too soon but I am not gonna air it out yet. This year of the Rabbit has been real fruitful to my eyes! Praise Buddha.
HAPPY NEW CHINESE RABBIT YEAR 2011 AFTER MIDNIGHT!

Why the Internet is so much Fun!
The internet is a whole network of computer networks sharing information with each other. Some people call it the Information Super Highway. But whatever Internet you have, and whoever you have it with, it is the same internet. Just a network of computers sharing information.
Surfing the internet, it's for business; it's for fun; it's for knowledge; it's for entertainment; it's for browsing daily news and Emails. It is to me for burning all my wild thoughts through a blog and making it some pressure especially to those who knows me personally or letting them know how I feel. LOL!!!!
Writing to me has been so much fun!
Early in the morning, CNY Eve, swept the floor, mop the floor two times. Mom went out with Dad, came back , helped her do much of the cooking; preparations for tonight's tuan nien.....Dad just went to the bank!
I am getting a hell of an angpow this Rabbit CNY because I'm 'Single'. 2011. There is no place like Home.

How to measure "success"! This is my measure of success!
Many people think of fame and fortune when they measure success. However, at some point in life, most people come to realize that inner peace and soul-deep satisfaction come from having lived a life based on integrity and noble character. There are many different opinions on what is considered successful. Success can be measured by the accomplishments someone has achieved over the course of their lifetime.
Start by setting goals. Start by understanding your strengths and your weaknesses. Start by making preparation for the challenges of your success and reassure yourself that you can be a success. Be positive, be aggressive, be productive, be an achiever, be aware of those hindering blocks, be aware of the interests that pertain to you and your measure of success. Be aware to avoid negative actions. Be aware that time will bring on change.
You are the Master of your own success. You can measure success by failure being overpowered with something good.Hold on to what is good, even if it's a handful of earth. Hold on to what you believe, even if it's a tree that stands by itself. Hold on to what you must do, even if it's a long way from here. Hold on to your faith, even if it's easier to let it go.
If I can keep up with Yoga, just one natural pose, and feel that absolute contentment, that is my measure of success. Not just once, but everyday, I do a sitting pose or an inner deep breathing pose or a yet simple easier to make you sleep pose, just one , everyday , will make my life more meaningful and absolute, yet successful......

THE BLACK SWAN (Schizophrenia) - a disease.
NATALIE PORTMAN - The Black Swan
Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that makes it difficult to tell the difference between real and unreal experiences, to think logically, to have normal emotional responses, and to behave normally in social situations. People with schizophrenia may report perceptual experiences in the absence of a perceptual stimulus. Most common are auditory hallucinations, often reported in the form of words spoken to the person with schizophrenia.
Many schizophrenics feel they possess extraordinary powers, superhuman strength or superior insights. They may believe that their thoughts are being controlled by others or are being broadcast over the public airways, or that outside thoughts are being implanted in their heads.
Diagnosis of Schizophrenia. Diagnosis is based upon the clinical history and presentation of the patient. It is also based upon ruling out organic causes of mental illness, such as the influence of drugs or toxic substances or neurological problems such as brain tumors, syphilis or infections.
